ISO tankers containing concentrated H2O2 are discharged into raw material storage tanks.
H2O2 passes through multiple stages of filters to remove micron sized particles.
Through a purification process utilizing proprietary technology, contaminants are removed to achieve ultra high purity quality meeting the highest semiconductor requirements.
Purified H2O2 is stored in specially conditioned tanks and piping systems designed to maintain contaminant free environment. Product concentrations are adjusted to required customer specifications before performing quality checks.
After meeting stringent quality control criteria, product will be filled via dedicated filling lines into the various packaging sizes.
Analysis performed by QC department uses ultra sensitive analytical equipment dedicated to measuring high purity product in a cleanroom environment.
To ensure the quality of finished product, goods are stored in a controlled environment inside dedicated in-house warehouse managed by our own logistics team. Flexibility in arranging deliveries allow us to accomodate customer schedules.
We strive to produce the highest quality H2O2 for our customers to meet the demanding standards of the semiconductor industry.
